Please be sure you want the puppy before you place a deposit down.. It is not fair to us to hold your puppy after you tell us to stop the sale of the baby you choose. We may have other people who call on your pup only to be told that your baby is on hold for you.. If you change your mind then this makes us miss out on other possible homes we could have had. In some cases we have to relist and pay for a new ad. So this is why the deposit is nonrefundable and is refundable only if we can not produce the puppy you picked out.. In this case we will give you the choice of your deposit or another puppy available at that time. We do the very best to raise a happy , healthy pup for you to love. Once we know the puppy will be yours then we start calling the puppy by the name you tell us .
Again, we ask for a small deposit to hold your pup.. You pay the balance at pick up so this way you see the job is complete at pick up; we want to see that you are happy when you meet your new member of your family. All we have is the small deposit to finish raising your baby that you wanted us to hold for you.. So please know that this is what you want because the deposit is nonrefundable . We hope you understand this, if not then hold your money and if the pup is still available when weaned then he/she can be paid for in full and go home with you then.. A deposit is to hold your puppy.. Please don't pay anymore then the small deposit since this is nonrefundable.
